Meet the Council

President

TSgt Matthew Minzghor

TSgt Minzghor hails from St. Joseph, Michigan. He and his wife, Carla, have 3 children, Isla, Levi, and William, and a German Shephard named Major. He enjoys spending time with his family, traveling, experiencing new cultures, and doing adrenaline-related activities, such as skydiving.

TSgt Minzghor has been stationed at Eglin AFB in Florida, Offutt AFB in Nebraska, and RAF Lakenheath (twice) in the UK. He's previously worked MC-130P and E-4B aircraft and is currently the Section Chief for an F-15 and A-10 Centralized Repair Facility.

TSgt Minzghor enjoys giving back to those in need and was the founder of the AADD Private Organization and Non-Profit. The passion of help continues as he is also the American Red Cross Disaster Cycle Services Volunteer Lead for the entire United Kingdom, servicing 10 bases and one base in Norway.

SSgt Bruce Gonzalez

SSgt Bruce S. Gonzalez was born and raised in Texas. A graduate of Angelo State University with a Bachelors of Fine Art. Married to his wife Alexis in 2011, they are pet parents to a Mainecoone and Miniature Australian Shepard. 

He joined the USAF in 2011 with aspiration of being a battlefield Airman, where an injury had him reclassed into Medical Administration. He has committed his skills, experience and focus on building communities within the Military, Veteran and Civilian population.

Staying true to his personal aspirations, he has run a developing art company: Wild At Heart Artworks. All the while expanding to digital and social media; he runs multiple Facebook, Instagram and YouTube channels devoted to his passions: Wild At Heart Association.

He enjoys art, gaming, traveling, classic cars and high-risk activities. He is a certified scuba diver, avid skydiver and patch member of the Green Knights Military Motorcycle Club.

SSgt Gonzalez has been stationed at Laughlin AFB Texas, OSAN Air Base Republic of Korea, Ramstein Air Base Germany, and RAF Lakenheath United Kingdom. He has worked as a UDM, Medical Information Systems Technician, Flight Medicine Administration, Patient Movement Controller and Family Medicine Administration.

Within AADD Council his focus is on ensuring that Airman have every opportunity to develop, excel and live their life to the best of their ability; safely.
