Frequently Asked Questions
I was told I could get a gift card. How do I get it?
When you volunteer as a driver for a weekend, and you provide a ride to someone, you will earn a gift card. Max 1 per shift.
How can I get the gift card I'm owed?
Email 48FW.AADD.POC@us.af.mil or Support@TribaseAADD.com to arrange pickup, drop off, or meet up so we can get you what you deserve!
What information does AADD take when someone needs a ride?
AADD takes your first name, squadron, phone number, number in your party, pickup location, and drop-off destination.
What does AADD do with the information they collect?
AADD uses the information it collects for statistics only. This gives us historical monthly averages to plan when we need more volunteers.
Does AADD provide any information to squadron leadership?
The only information AADD will ever provide to any squadron leadership is if they ask if their squadron is using the program. We will NEVER provide individual information as it is kept strictly anonymous.
Who can use AADD?
AADD can be used by anyone of any rank with base access, including dependents, TDY personnel, NAF employees, and DOD civilians.
Who can volunteer for AADD?
Anyone allowed to use the program (as stated in the previous question) can volunteer for the program.
How far will AADD travel for pickup and drop off?
AADD is currently working within a 30-mile radius of the bases. This includes Bury, Newmarket, Thetford, Cambridge, and Ely.
How can I get involved with the AADD program?
Please speak with any current council members or email us to see what's currently available. Alternatively, you can attend our next monthly meeting to get more information about what AADD is doing before getting involved.
What if I have additional questions?
If you ever have any questions, comments, ideas, or concerns about AADD, please send us an email at 48FW.AADD.POC@us.af.mil or Support@TriBaseAADD.com
